These claims — extremely low prices for BTC/USDT, promises to make coins "fully spendable," selling unlocking software, and off-platform DMs — are classic scam red flags. The offer is almost certainly fraudulent.

I would not engage, pay, or share personal information; block the contact, report the message to the platform and local authorities, and contact your exchange if you already sent funds.
