Avoid Gigachain — governance and team abandonment risk

I’m skeptical about Gigachain right now. The project and a couple of related initiatives seem ignored by the Telos Foundation and are being handled by people who no longer work for Telos.

I don’t need to read between the lines to see the governance and execution risk here — I’d avoid increasing exposure until there’s clear, active stewardship.
