Biswap Community Disillusioned as Leadership Goes Quiet and Community Support Wanes

I have been with Biswap from the very beginning until now. Many changes have occurred, which seem to stem from the team being quite indifferent and not caring about the community. It appears they treat the admins similarly, resulting in many leaving. This has left us feeling sad because we trusted the team and the project. Now, we have a clearer understanding of other crypto projects and where they stand. Many are questioning Ek. Why is he so quiet? Did he take our money or run away? What’s going wrong? If he doesn’t reveal himself, how can we believe in him? We've lost a lot, and many others share the same feelings I do. As a suggested course of action: as a CEO, he should not neglect his community and roadmap. Perhaps he can’t do much, but it’s worth noting that there are stronger entities like Binance. Observe how they have delisted Biswap from the crypto scene… That’s my conclusion.
