Biswap Community Rules for a Secure Telegram Chat

The Biswap Telegram community enforces strict rules to ensure a friendly and secure environment. Members are required to communicate exclusively in English, avoid spreading misinformation or engaging in offensive behavior, and refrain from impersonating administrators. The community prohibits hate speech, harassment, religious or political discussions, and obscene content, along with spam, dangerous links, unauthorized bots, and trading within the chat. Content such as pornography, drugs, weapons, violence, and market manipulation are also banned. Violations result in warnings, leading up to a temporary mute after three infractions.
