Bitcoin's Resilience and Market Sentiment Shift

I believe that Bitcoin remains very strong and is currently showing signs of stability above the $111,800 level, which I see as a crucial support. As long as it stays above this threshold, I do not foresee any problems for Bitcoin's price momentum. The dominance trend line is currently revisiting its historical ascending trajectory, but the trading volumes are quite low, making the market susceptible to rapid responses from minor shocks. This is particularly true considering the prominent Binance influence, which tends to prevent sharp drops in dominance until a clear trend break occurs. Here, bot trading activity causes a fluctuating pattern, with prices moving up and down as traders react. Currently, the overall market sentiment is filled with despair, depression, and uncertainty at its peak. I believe that once this phase is overcome, we will see a shift where traders who sell at the first sign of a small rise will regret their decisions and buy back in when they see substantial gains of 50-80%. This emotional and fear-driven behavior has been heavily ingrained in investors. As for altcoins, there is no doubt in my mind that they will perform well once the market dynamics shift. The only issue has been the frustration caused by the market's volatile swings of about 10% up or down. While a short-term strategy of taking profits on these small moves might be profitable, it could also cause investors to miss out on the major breakout, potentially losing significant gains in the long run.
