I'm calling out the "coinex persian" group for promoting CoinEx despite a serious incident today. At about 7:30 AM the exchange had a software problem (shadow orders/bug) that resulted in many users losing funds, and the group admin has said nothing about this misconduct.

I feel this shows both operational risk at CoinEx and negligence by the group moderator. Users deserve transparency and a prompt explanation; silence is unacceptable.
