Criticism of Binance's Lack of Notification Features

The opinion is that Binance, which is considered the largest exchange, is extremely useless because it cannot even send notifications when a new airdrop appears on Alpha for claiming, when coupons arrive from any event, or when competition prizes are awarded. Most other exchanges notify users when a reward or prize from an event is received, but according to this biggest exchange, it cannot even do that—it's quite a joke.
