Crypto Card Benefits and Expectations Disappointment in Brazil

Joining this app at the peak of CRO prices in Brazil, I paid over 4 reais per CRO to upgrade from a basic card to Jade. At that time, there were no charges for IOF or IR on international operations with the card, and I had full reimbursements for Netflix and Spotify subscriptions. Additionally, I earned 2% cashback in CRO on all card expenses and enjoyed unlimited access to VIP lounges. However, all these benefits have disappeared now. Currently, I can't even maintain the Jade card I paid R$27,000 for, as the balance shows insufficient funds due to CRO's value dropping to about 10% of what I initially paid. There are numerous reports of bugs when requesting a new card. After so much time and money invested, I find it disappointing that the crypto platform has failed to provide adequate support to long-standing clients. Those who had the original card seem to be required to deposit more money just to get a new card with fewer benefits. Is avoiding IOF really a gain? The crypto purchase spread on this platform appears to be higher than competitors. The expected CRO appreciation, which was linked to sponsorship deals with Lakers Arena and F1 Miami, never materialized, and they even canceled the Champions League sponsorship at the last minute. Shall we just forget about that? Ultimately, everyone understands their own risk appetite and how their expectations align with reality, which seems to be different from initial hopes.
