Cryptocurrency Card Benefits Deteriorate as CRO Value Drops

Joining this app at the peak of CRO prices in Brazil, I paid over 4 reais per CRO to upgrade from the basic card to Jade. At that time, there were no fees like IOF or income tax on international transactions with the card. We also enjoyed full reimbursements for Netflix and Spotify subscriptions, along with 2% CRO cashback on all expenses, and unlimited VIP lounge access. However, all these benefits have disappeared. Now, I can hardly keep the Jade card I paid R$27,000 for, as I'm hitting an insufficient balance issue due to CRO's current value being about 10% of what I paid. I've seen many reports of bugs when requesting a new card. After such a long time and so much money invested, it's disappointing that the crypto platform hasn't even provided decent support for longstanding clients. Those already holding the card seem forced to inject more funds to get a new card with fewer benefits. Is it really advantageous to avoid paying IOF? Additionally, the spread on purchasing cryptos through this platform appears higher than competitors. Expectations for CRO's appreciation, such as sponsorships for the Lakers' arena and the Miami F1, didn't materialize, and sponsorships like the Champions League came at the last minute. Should we just leave that behind? Ultimately, everyone must assess their own risk tolerance and the unmet expectations. One’s desires aren’t always aligned with reality, and it’s crucial to evaluate that.
