Disillusionment with CRO Platform's Benefits and Support

I joined this app during the peak of CRO's price in Brazil. I paid over 4 reais per CRO to upgrade from a basic card to Jade. At that time, there were no charges for IOF or income tax on international transactions with the card. We also benefited from full reimbursements for Netflix and Spotify subscriptions, along with 2% CRO cashback on all card purchases, and unlimited access to VIP lounges. However, all these benefits have disappeared now. Currently, I cannot even maintain the Jade card I paid 27,000 reais for back then, because I get an insufficient balance message, as the CRO valuation has fallen to about 10% of what I paid. Many reports mention bugs when requesting a new card. After investing so much time and money, I am disappointed that this crypto platform has failed to provide adequate support to longtime customers. Those who already possess the card seem forced to make additional investments just to obtain a new one with fewer benefits than before. Is there a real advantage in not paying IOF? Moreover, isn't the spread on crypto purchases on this platform higher than competitors? Regarding CRO's valuation, the anticipated appreciation failed to materialize—especially after sponsorships like the Lakers' arena and the Miami F1 GP, which didn't happen as planned. They even backed out of sponsoring the Champions League at the last minute. Should we just forget about this? Ultimately, everyone has their own risk tolerance and expectations, which have yet to be fulfilled. One thing is how we wish things would be; another is the reality we are facing.
