ETH Outlook: $7,500 by Year-End — Buy on Dips

I view Standard Chartered’s revised $7,500 year-end target for Ethereum as plausible given recent ETF inflows, clearer U.S. legislation and rising institutional treasury allocations. These catalysts can amplify liquidity and demand, pushing ETH into renewed price discovery if it clears the 2021 ATH.

That said, ETH is trading just below its record high and remains susceptible to short-term volatility and profit-taking. I’m constructive on the thesis but prefer to manage entry risk rather than chase immediate strength.

Recommendation

Consider buying on weakness or on a confirmed breakout above the 2021 ATH; avoid initiating large positions at current highs and size positions to tolerate short-term volatility.
