Ethernity Project's Swap Controversy Raises Investor Concerns and Trust Issues
Hello Olivier,
I'm eager to learn when we'll receive an update regarding the future of long-term holders and early adopters who weren't fortunate enough to participate actively during the brief window when the DAO vote took place and the token swap concluded. Don't you think the way this swap was handled leaves much to be desired?
I'm beginning to feel hopeless about the possibility of successfully swapping my tokens. It feels as though the Ethernity team, along with those who were warned to swap on time, have deceived investors like me. The event essentially stripped all functionality from ERN, leaving us with tokens of significantly reduced value. Furthermore, the renaming of tokens and the inability for most investors to swap out effectively halved the total coin supply, which caused the market price to surge—more or less supporting this trend.
This situation cannot bode well for the project's reputation. If future investors learn of issues like this and the potential for negative exposure, such as being featured in an investigation similar to Coffeezilla's, it could severely damage trust in the project.
Please clarify what we can realistically expect moving forward. There's no evident reason to keep us in the dark for weeks on end when immediate transparency is crucial.
Best regards.
