Exchange averaging withdrawals is unacceptable — allow user withdrawals after delisting

Frankly, it's nonsense that this crappy exchange decides to calculate some kind of average instead of letting users control their funds. I can't accept a platform making unilateral adjustments to withdrawals.

If a user wants to withdraw coins they should be allowed to do so — just like on MEXC after a delisting, where people can move their deposits where they choose. Centralized tinkering with users' balances is unacceptable.

I would avoid trusting an exchange that implements these kinds of opaque rules and push for withdrawals or escalate to support/regulators if needed.
