Father's Troubles with Binance Facial Verification

Recently, a story with Binance unfolded: I have an account on Binance registered to my father. I often participate in promos there, previously was handling Alpha and also keep some funds in case of new opportunities or volume needs. Facial verification never prompted on his account before, but recently it did. My father isn't tech-savvy and I usually need half an hour explaining steps over the phone, even though we live in the same city but far apart, while it only takes half a minute to do the verification. Facial verification typically just involves turning your head clockwise. I explained to him over the phone where to click and what to do. He also has poor near vision and can't do facial verification with glasses. He tries to pass it, but it doesn’t accept, trying about 10 times without success. He says, "What the heck do I need this for." I got annoyed, asking if he could just turn his head simply, but he said, "I am turning! But it’s not counting." He doesn’t see on the screen that small text indicates failure. We almost argued because there were funds on his account that I couldn't withdraw due to the facial verification requirement. I told him I’d come over the next day and do it in front of him. The next day, he did the same—just turning his head—without success. I realized something was off. It turned out that during the facial check, the system also required opening his mouth and blinking. Due to his poor eyesight, he simply didn’t see this instruction. He said he tried ten times already and his neck was hurting from turning. I love my dad.
