I see an advertisement offering a “CC to BTC” service that claims to use non‑VBV live cards and supports Apple Pay, GPay and PayPal, with linkable Amazon/Exodus/Cash App cards and advertised BINs and methods. The seller promises replacements or refunds if a card fails.

I consider this a solicitation of illicit credit‑card fraud and payment‑processing abuse. Participating exposes buyers and sellers to criminal charges, fraud investigations, asset seizure and heavy compliance/AML enforcement.
