I'm Not Buying MicroStrategy — It's a Bitcoin Proxy, Not an AI Bet

My dad keeps telling me “the future is AI and Bitcoin,” and I’m tired of being pushed toward MicroStrategy because of that slogan.

I don’t see MicroStrategy as an AI investment — it’s effectively a concentrated Bitcoin proxy that brings crypto volatility and company-specific governance risk, so I’m not buying.

I’d rather separate bets: get AI exposure via diversified tech names or focused AI leaders, and get crypto exposure directly or through proper diversified crypto products if I choose to.
