I think MEXC lists a lot of low‑quality and potentially fraudulent tokens because listing barriers are relatively low and many projects are newly minted.

I avoid buying unfamiliar tokens there unless I can verify liquidity, audited contracts, a credible team, and realistic tokenomics — otherwise the risk of rug pulls and pump‑and‑dumps is high.
