Morning DeFi Routine: Compound Fees, Monitor ETH Metrics, Scan News

I start my morning by reinvesting accrued DeFi fees into compounding strategies: my core pools are ETH–USD, SOL–USD and HYPE–USD, and I also allocate harvested fees into wide-range pools to capture extra yield with lower risk.

I then check key on-chain fundamentals for ETH—SOPR to gauge realized profit taking, MVRV to monitor unrealized gains that could trigger dumps, and volume dynamics to spot market-maker behavior or anomalous activity that warrants hedging.

I leave news scanning for last to avoid noise-driven decisions and reserve some time for light exercise and downtime before diving into trade adjustments.
