Morning DeFi Routine: Reinvest Fees and Monitor ETH On‑Chain Signals

I start my morning by reinvesting collected DeFi fees into compounding farms: core pools like ETH‑USD, SOL‑USD and HYPE‑USD, plus wider-range pools where I park harvested fees to squeeze extra yield with limited risk.

I then check fundamental on‑chain indicators for my top holding, ETH — SOPR to gauge profit realization, MVRV to monitor unrealized profit that could trigger sell pressure, and volume dynamics to spot marketmaker activity or anomalous moves that may require hedges.

I leave overnight news for last so I can filter noise and focus on the important updates. Between steps I do light exercise and a quick play session with Gennady. How do you spend your mornings?
