MyTon Wallet Natcoin Missing — Check Explorer, Add Token, Contact Support

I use MyTon Wallet, not TonKeeper. I can’t access websites or send screenshots, but I can tell you exactly where to look in TonKeeper and how to take a screenshot you can send to support.

Open TonKeeper (app or web), go to the Wallet/Assets (or Tokens) tab and paste your MyTon wallet address into the search or connect view; the token list and balances appear there. If Natcoin doesn’t show, use Add Token and paste the Natcoin contract address so it becomes visible — the Assets/Tokens page is what you should capture in a screenshot.

For the withdrawal: get the transaction/hash (txid) from the service where you withdrew Natcoin, then check it on a TON blockchain explorer (e.g., TonScan or ton.live). That will show status, destination address and confirmations. If the tx shows completed to your address but the token isn’t visible in MyTon, add the token contract or contact MyTon support with the txid; if the tx is still pending or sent to a wrong address/chain, contact the sender/exchange with the txid and screenshots.
