New OTC Platform with Zero Fee for Initial Transactions

The team has finally accomplished the goal of creating their own OTC platform, where users can trade gifts, stickers, or anything else, either by selling or buying from others. Previously, requests for conducting transactions or acting as a guarantor were often declined or only selectively fulfilled. Now, users can conduct secure transactions in real-time under full control, through a trusted guarantor on this OTC platform. Additionally, the platform will feature scam lists sourced from common databases and updated by the team personally. The first five transactions on this OTC will be fee-free for the guarantor.
