Price Surge Raises Recovery Value — Timelines Still Unclear

I acknowledge that soaring BTC and ETH prices increase the total value of recoverable assets and should, in theory, improve eventual recoveries for creditors.

However, higher market prices do not automatically translate into faster cash distributions — recoveries are constrained by legal processes, liquidation strategy, custody and tax considerations. The lack of updates near the end of the bull cycle is understandably frustrating for affected customers.

I expect a clear recovery timeline and a published plan detailing valuation, sale strategy and estimated payout schedule; until that transparency appears, assumptions of immediate recoveries are premature.
