Prizm's Unique Mining Model Raises Distribution and Valuation Concerns
The brilliance of Prizm lies in how it allows all holders to mine new coins and promotes equitable distribution, defying traditional mathematical expectations. It's akin to a combustion engine that consumes an excessive amount of fuel for minimal mileage—ingenious but impractical. This suggests that the current design needs refinement.
Initially, with a start of 1,000 to 10,000 coins, the emission of 5-10% per month could have provided a decent decentralized ecosystem. However, when the supply was capped near one million coins, it inadvertently encouraged consolidation among miners, leading to large holdings in the hands of a few. This concentration reduces the effectiveness of broad distribution and may hinder the ecosystem's decentralization.
Over five years, my balance increased tenfold, yet the coin's price decreased tenfold as well—validating Yuri's assertion that a larger number of coins correlates with a lower price, due to increased supply and decreased per-coin value. Larger holders tend to sell at marginally higher prices, while smaller holders buy at slightly higher prices, showing a classic supply-demand dynamic.
Considering these points, I question whether Alexey Anatolich is willing to sell excess coins to referrals at a discount, especially in light of recent webinars hinting at such a possibility. Selling surplus coins at a discounted rate could help stabilize the coin's economy and promote wider distribution, but it must be balanced carefully to avoid undermining the value for existing holders.

Analysis
The core appeal of Prizm's design is its inclusive mining process, allowing all holders to participate in coin creation and promoting fair distribution—an ideal in decentralized systems. However, the ...
Recommendation
From my perspective, to foster a healthier and more decentralized ecosystem, it’s advisable for Prizm to consider mechanisms that encourage distribution among smaller investors, such as structured dis...
