I believe this is almost certainly a scam: $100 for 1 BTC (or similar rates) is impossible on legitimate markets, and the message shows classic fraud signals like pressure to DM, unverifiable claims, and off-exchange payment channels.

I would not engage with the seller, send money, or provide personal information; instead I would use regulated exchanges and official channels if I need to buy crypto.
