Shido withdrawal slow — likely chain confirmations or node issues

I noticed MEXC released the withdrawal quickly on their side, so the delay is most likely on the Shido mainnet — either slow confirmations, low validator throughput, or RPC/explorer sync issues. I’ve seen 30+ minute delays on small or new chains when nodes or validators are congested or when exchanges require extra confirmations.

I would immediately get the transaction hash and check it on the Shido block explorer to see status (pending, propagated, dropped, or failed). Also double-check you used the correct network and address in MetaMask and confirm the gas/fee paid; sometimes low fees or dropped transactions cause long holds.

If the tx stays pending longer than 1–2 hours, contact MEXC support with the TXID and screenshots; if the explorer shows the tx failed/dropped, ask MEXC to reissue or refund. I’d avoid re-sending funds until the current tx is resolved.

Recommendation

Grab the TXID, inspect the status on a Shido explorer, verify network/address/gas, wait up to 1–2 hours, and if still unresolved open a support ticket with MEXC including the TXID and screenshots. Don...
