Solana Overhyped — Unlikely to Power Large-Scale dApps

I believe Solana has no chance of producing a dApp that could replace a service like Uber — when I say no chance, I mean absolutely none. Solana is overhyped and, in my view, technologically behind what’s required for large-scale consumer applications.

The recent price rise is driven by hype and investors who don’t understand the tech rather than by real, widely used dApps. I think Chromia is more likely to enable large-scale applications and will shift investor focus when that happens.
