Sold Coin but No Funds Received — Check TXID and Network

I sold my coin but haven't received the amount in my wallet; this is usually due to pending blockchain confirmations or an exchange withdrawal processing delay.

I will first locate the transaction ID (TXID) in my exchange withdrawal history and paste it into a block explorer to confirm status, network, and number of confirmations. I will also verify I used the correct network and receiving address, and that the wallet is set to display that token or currency.

If the TXID shows completed on-chain but funds don’t appear, I will contact the exchange with the TXID and avoid sharing private keys; if the TXID is missing or the withdrawal shows “pending” or “failed,” I’ll open a support ticket and provide screenshots.
