USDT to DCX failing — check chain, gas, address

I have 54 USDT on Ethereum in my Web3 wallet but the transfer to my DCX (CoinDCX) wallet isn’t going through. I’m not seeing the funds arrive and the transaction either fails or stays pending.

I’ll first check that I’m using the correct chain (ERC‑20 on Ethereum vs TRC‑20 on Tron), confirm the DCX deposit address is for ERC‑20 USDT, and verify I have enough ETH to pay gas. I’ll open the transaction on Etherscan to see its status, nonce and any error messages, and avoid re-sending until I understand the issue.

If the tx is pending I can try “speed up” or replace it with the same nonce and higher gas; if it failed or the address was wrong I’ll contact DCX support and share the tx hash, but I will never share my private keys or seed phrase.

Analysis

Most transfer failures are caused by using the wrong chain (ERC‑20 vs TRC‑20), sending to an incompatible deposit address, insufficient ETH for gas, or a stuck/pending transaction with low gas price. ...

Recommendation

Confirm DCX requires ERC‑20 USDT, ensure the deposit address is correct, and that your wallet has ETH for gas. Inspect the tx on Etherscan; if pending, use ‘speed up’/replace with higher gas or cancel...
