Waves Ecosystem Progress and Challenges

This post discusses $WAVES and their ecosystem projects. Currently, Waves remains roughly at the same levels as in the previous post. Not many active projects seem to be left on their chain; the only one I'm aware of is UNIT0. UNIT0 is a modular Layer 0 infrastructure designed for Restaking and scaling, with a current FDV of $15 million. They raised $10 million from Nimbus Capital. The funds will be used to develop an AI Launchpad—enhancing productivity for Web3 developers, an AI Liquidity Manager—reducing volatility and boosting DeFi efficiency, and provide grants and support to developers building robust products. It's encouraging to see Waves and affiliated teams moving in promising directions—developing new projects, launching platforms, offering grants, and creating new liquidity on-chain. However, the critical questions are whether they have enough funds and whether users will return after previous scams. I am continuing to observe from the sidelines, hopeful for some new momentum or development.
