Monero refill strategy — buy only at or below your usage price
I view Monero (XMR) primarily as a spending medium: when I use it, the nominal price matters less than its purchasing power. I buy only to refill my balance when needed rather than speculating on large price moves.
My rule is simple: replenish only at or below the value at which I last used XMR, so I don't erode my real purchasing power. This keeps buying disciplined and goal‑oriented.
I also keep position sizes modest and stagger refills to avoid mistimed purchases above my reference use price.
Analysis
Recommendation
Use a refill rule: buy on weakness only at or below the price you last spent XMR at, keep refills small and staggered, and avoid topping up above your reference use price.
