Prefer CEX or Stablecoin Pairs Over Direct ETH→CHR Swaps

I often avoid direct ETH→CHR swaps on-chain because gas and slippage can make the effective cost much higher than the quoted price. I prefer routes that reduce fees and improve execution quality.

Practically, I either buy CHR on a centralized exchange using fiat or stablecoins, or I use a DEX aggregator (1inch/Matcha) to find the best multi-hop route and split orders if liquidity is thin. I also check CHR/USDT or CHR/USDC pairs and consider limit orders to control execution price.
